Michelle is President and owner of Accounting Peace Inc. She is an Enrolled Agent, a tax advisor who is a federally authorized tax practitioner empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. She has been in the accounting industry since 1991. Her background began in small public accounting firms, where she has been preparing income tax returns since 2003. Drawing from this knowledge, she currently works with over 700 individual tax clients and local businesses.
Her experience includes payroll and related required reporting forms, sales tax, small business accounting services and income tax preparation, etc. She is also a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, offering review, correction and training for your QuickBooks Online account.
She has over 22 years’ experience preparing individual tax returns, business returns including rental, partnership and corporate returns. Tax planning is available to best assist for the upcoming year’s events or tax law changes.
To stay in compliance with IRS requirements, attending annual tax school seminars helps us stay current with the changes in tax law, and adding specific tax webinars beneficial to increasing knowledge helps aid in tax planning with current business and tax clients for the future.

Sarah joined us Nov 2024 working alongside our small business clients to accurately and efficiently process their monthly books.
Tax Preparers
Dolores Snyder is a new tax preparer joining us this year. She is an experienced tax preparer with over 10 years’ experience working locally in the area.
Receptionists
Joy and Laticia are our front desk receptionist “Peace Keepers” duo during tax season. They will be the smiling faces that greet you as you walk in the door, and when you call the office.
